NSPCA Mobile Clinic Registration Form

Please read carefully the following Terms & Conditions before submitting your form.

– If you are a new client and your cat/dog has previously been seen by a private vet you must send the vet history to the NSPCA before your appointment to mobileclinic@nspca.ie.

– We will get back to you as soon as possible with the earliest appointment available. We are not an emergency vet practice therefore you must be registered with a private vet for out of hours and emergency appointments.

– Please note: Once your qualified social welfare payment has been verified the NSPCA will not keep your document on files.

– The cost for a general check over (GCO) is €30. Any medications and/or surgery will be extra and you will be advised of this at the appointment.

– Please note that the appointments are limited and fill up quickly so advance booking is recommended, if you fail to attend without letting us know you may be charged at your next visit.

– If your dog falls under the restricted breed list in Ireland, they must wear a muzzle to the appointment and all dogs must be microchipped and on a lead. If your dog is not microchipped, they must have the procedure done at the clinic.

– Please note that the appointments are limited and fill up quickly so advance booking is recommended, if you fail to attend without letting us know you may be charged at your next visit.

– All cats and kittens must arrive in a secure and safe cat carrier (not a box or a bag) for their appointment.
