Meet Taser! This handsome boy is a 1-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who came in to the shelter via our inspectors, along with his brother Biggie. Taser has settled well into shelter life and has quickly shown just how friendly and people-oriented he is. He loves getting attention from staff and volunteers and is always happy to be part of whatever is going on around him.

Taser is a playful, energetic boy and can be quite bouncy when he’s excited. Once he’s had a good run and burned off some of that young-dog energy, he settles beautifully and shows his affectionate, cuddly side.

He would benefit from a home committed to ongoing training, as he is still a young dog learning his manners. Taser is very food motivated, which will be a great help when it comes to teaching him new skills and building on his training. He would be best suited to a home with older teenagers or adults who are familiar with the breed and can enjoy his lively, enthusiastic nature, while also guiding him as he grows into a well-rounded adult dog.

Taser may be able to live with another playful dog, pending successful introductions at the shelter.
