Elise O’Byrne White has worked in shelter medicine with the DSPCA for the past seven years.
As Veterinary Director, of our Dublin site, she leads a team of three veterinarians and four veterinary nurses, combining hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership. She is also responsible for guiding organisational policy, ensuring that animal welfare is embedded in every aspect of decision-making and the care provided to animals in the shelter.
