Sona Harris
Director of People & Programmes
With a deep respect for the value of people in organisations, Sona has nearly two decades of experience in People and Organisational management, Human Resources and Change Management.
Sona currently leads our People (Human Resources and Volunteering), Programmes and Education departments. Her career to date has consisted of large-scale Operational Management, development and implementation of international HR strategies, Multi-site and multi-sector organisational design and development programmes, transformational change and, most recently, with a move into the charity sector in 2022, the design and management of national volunteering programmes.
Sona holds a Bachelor of Business studies from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Arts in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Business Studies in Management Organisation Systems from University College Dublin as well as qualifications in Employment Law, Change Management, Learning and Development and Conflict Resolution.
The only thing Sona loves more than people is animals and currently shares her house with two rescue dogs, three rescued rats and a rescued bearded dragon (as well as her three sons!).
