Tiny came into the NSPCA through our inspectors alongside his friend Misty. Sadly, due to medical needs, they had to be separated which was very difficult for him. When he first arrived, Tiny was confused and anxious, but with time and care he has begun to settle and grow in confidence.
He is now enjoying his walks, exploring his surroundings and spending time playing with his football alongside staff and volunteers. Each morning, Tiny greets everyone with a wagging tail and happily soaks up cuddles throughout the day.
Tiny is currently on a weight loss plan, and his new family will need to continue supporting him on this journey to help him reach a healthy weight.
As a German Shepherd, Tiny is intelligent and loyal, and he would really benefit from ongoing training to keep his mind engaged. He is both food and toy motivated which makes training a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
He would be best suited to a home with older teenagers or adults, as he can be quite bouncy at times. Tiny can still be a little nervous when meeting new people, so he would benefit from an experienced owner who understands his breed and can give him the time and patience he needs to settle.
Tiny is a lovely boy with so much to offer. Tiny will be best suited as the only dog in the home with doggie pals outside for walks. Could you be the one to welcome him into your family?
