The NSPCA Snip & Chip Registration Form

The NSPCA Snip & Chip Programme, with support from UCD Veterinary Hospital, provides subsidised castration, microchipping and an equine passport for eligible horse owners in Dublin.

The programme is available to horse owners who are based in Dublin and currently receiving social welfare payments, with a subsidised cost of €100 per horse.

To apply, please complete the form below and upload the requested proof of eligibility. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you if you are eligible to arrange the next steps, including a veterinary assessment for your horse.
