This sweet girl is Shona! Shona came in to us from another shelter with a badly injured leg. The vets decided the best thing for her was to amputate the leg. She was the bravest girl and has been recovering so well. Shona doesn’t let this slow her down and even though she is on rest while she recovers she is still eager to play and be active. Shona is a very friendly and affectionate girl, she can be a little nervous at first but it won’t take her long to warm up to you. Shona would benefit from a home with teenagers/adults who will let her recover and get strong again. She would benefit from training and lots of physical and mental stimulation. Like many lurchers once she gets her beans out she is happy to curl up and snooze. If you think you might be interested in this beautiful girl please speak to a member of staff
